How long does it take to ship my order?

Since each piece is hand-forged, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship our handcrafted goods worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-forged pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

How should I care for my metal accessories?

To prevent oxidation, keep your items dry and occasionally wipe them with a microfiber cloth. For high-carbon steel items, a light coat of mineral oil is recommended.

Are your products covered by a warranty?

We stand behind our craftsmanship. All Hoffman Blacksmithing products come with a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects.
